Who runs this site

Chicken Road Canada (chickenroadcanada.casino) is an independent information site about the Chicken Road game by InOut Games. We do not run a casino, take bets, hold player accounts or represent the developer. This policy explains in plain terms what data is created when you visit and what happens to it.

What we do not collect

There is no sign-up, newsletter or comment form. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information. If you contact us yourself, we use your message only to reply.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages are read and which buttons are pressed, for example whether someone started the demo or followed a link to a casino. We look at these numbers only in aggregate. Google Analytics uses cookies and device identifiers; you can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. We do not use analytics for advertising and do not build visitor profiles.

Services from other companies

• Fonts. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google's servers.
• The demo. The game is loaded from InOut Games' servers only after you press the start button. From that moment the developer's own terms and privacy policy apply.
• Hosting. Our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) to keep the service secure and running.

Links to casinos

Some links take you to partner casinos through a short redirect page. When you use one, the casino learns that you came from us so it can pay us a commission if you sign up. What you do on the casino's site is covered by its own terms and privacy policy, which are worth reading before you register.

Cookies in short

Cookies are small files your browser stores. This site does not need them to work: every page and button functions without them. Cookies are set only by Google Analytics, by the InOut Games demo once you start it, and by a partner casino after you follow a link. You can delete them at any time in your browser.

Legal basis and retention

We process analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and improving it, and in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Aggregated reports are kept for as long as the Google Analytics retention setting allows and no longer than needed.

Security and data outside Canada

The site is served only over HTTPS, so traffic between your device and the site is encrypted. We keep no database of visitors, so there is nothing of that kind that could leak. Google may process data on servers outside Canada under its own safeguards. If that concerns you, blocking Google Analytics in your browser is the simplest fix.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Because we do not collect identifying details, we normally hold nothing that relates to you personally. If you are unhappy with how a request is handled, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Age and changes

This site is meant for adults of legal gambling age in their province and does not knowingly collect information from minors. If we change how we work, we will update this page and the date on the home page.
